During the training sessions, you'll be coached through one of the TECH E.F.F.E.C.T topics. You'll also have post work activities to complete and to help give you the blueprint to grow your organization online. That means you'll see real, measurable growth every step of the way. Space is limited so you must apply.

Meet The TECH E.F.F.E.C.T Creator
Over the last 14 years, I have worked to connect technology with the needs of corporations locally and nationwide. My background includes driving technology business implementation strategies and providing Instructor-Led and Virtual training as a certified Microsoft Office Master. With the success of each project, my reputation for helping corporations grow through the development and use of technology garnered the trust of leaders within the corporate sector and increased my training footprint across six continents.
I'm a visionary, socialpreneur, innovator, and "Tech Tools" strategist who understands the need for nonprofits to stay abreast of the latest technology to keep their competitive edge. As a nonprofit consultant, I'm on a mission to help mobilize leaders by leveraging the power of technology, using digital strategies, and smart automated marketing systems to increase their revenue and impact. Nonprofits must rely on optimal efficiency for the advancement of their mission and understanding that investing in technology is also investing in their cause!
My passionate leadership extends beyond technology and corporate training to youth development. In 2006, I launched my vision of faith and fitness as the founder of 1,2,3 JUMP, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit located in Concord NC. Our mission is simple; to promote health & fitness, foster education, connect families, and motivate communities! We support this mission by providing jump rope programs, camps, classes for children ages 8 - 14!
I was first inspired to pick up a rope in the third grade after watching my sister practice in the afterschool jump rope club run by our P.E. Teacher, Mrs. Linda Stephens, and after that I never stopped jumpin'! How long is the program and how can I participate?
The program is laid out over 30 days and you must apply to participate.
What will we do during our 4 weeks together?
Each week we'll meet on a live zoom call designed to focus on one thing. This is where you'll also get started on your action steps for the week and receive training in the active learning sessions. I'll help you overcome any challenges you encounter along the way and give you the path to implementation. In addition to live training, you'll be able to reference the recorded video sessions and resources to show you how to complete everything step-by-step. The purpose of the TECH E.F.F.E.C.T is to not just tell you what to do and then leave you to do all the implementation alone - you can also take advantage of the live bi-weekly "Watch Me Work Sessions".
What will I learn?

What day and time are the sessions?
Attend the weekly live Masterclass on Tuesdays at 1:00p EST or Thursdays at 6:00p EST.

What if I can't attend some of the live trainings?
Since our live training is action-oriented, you are encouraged to attend as many of them as possible. However, it's understood that sometimes stuff happens. You’ll have access to the live recordings of everything, so you’ll be able to revisit the training and catch up in your own time if you can’t make it.
How many hours each week should I invest in the program?
This is active learning so each week you will have focused activities to work through and get done. It's recommended to dedicate at least 3-5 hours a week to completing the work.
Do I have to have a 501(c)3 to participate in the program?
YES. You must have an established 501(c)3 nonprofit so you can take advantage of the tools and resources.
I'm not techie, am I a good fit for this program?
YES. If you have a working knowledge of computers, a willingness to learn, and you're committed to do the work, you will be fine. You have my full support throughout the program and I will break down the tech to help you better understand. I will also include multiple resources to help you become more comfortable.
What hardware or software do I need?
You will need a computer or smart phone, access to the internet, and an email account.
